Dr. Vishnu Mohan PT

Before joining our department in 2014, Dr Vishnu worked at Dr Mehta’s Children’s Hospital, Chennai. His areas of interest are neonatal resuscitation, ventilation as well as neonatal infections. 

He is a national Master Trainer for Neonatal Resuscitation and is the Zonal Academic coordinator (South) for the Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation IAP-NRP-FGM project. He is also a national trainer for the Facility Based Newborn Care(FBNC) project organized by UNICEF.

Dr. Vishnu has held various posts of the National Neonatology Forum and the Indian Academy of Paediatrics. He is the past secretary of the National Neonatology Forum, Kerala State(2019-2020). Currently, he is the Chairperson of the Perinatology Chapter of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics, Kerala State. He also serves as the Associate Editor of the neonatology journal Fetus & Newborn.

Dr Vishnu is presently the Deputy Chief of Quality and Clinical Administration at the best multi-speciality hospital in Calicut – Aster MIMS
